What are the dates and times of the carnival?
Dates and times vary for each L.E.A.D. FEST Carnival that we put on. Please check the event page for the carnival you are interested in attending to find all relevant information.
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs are permitted only at the L.E.A.D. FEST State Fair, so long as they are on leashes.
Is the event rain or shine?
L.E.A.D. FEST will operate rain or shine but will close down in the case of severe weather. Please check the weather forecast before attending as all sales will be final. Please check L.E.A.D.'s social media for updates.
Tickets
Where do I collect my online tickets?
L.E.A.D. will have a booth at every event to pick your online tickets up at. Please look for signs that say L.E.A.D. FEST Online Orders. You cannot pick up your tickets from the gate admission or ticket booths within the event.
Is there an admission cost?
Yes, it varies per location. To find out how much the admission price is for the event you are attending, check the event page where pricing is listed.
If you are only attending the carnival or only purchasing ride tickets, you must pay gate admission.
What does the online wristband include?
Wristbands include free admission and unlimited rides for one individual. Wristbands are only active for one day, they cannot be used again.
If you choose to purchase an unlimited ride wristband at the event, you will need to pay the admission fee at the gate.
Can you buy tickets in person?
Yes you can! We provide online ticketing to allow guests to avoid the lines at the event. You do not need to purchase tickets in advance.
Can I receive a refund for my ticket?
No, L.E.A.D. does not offer refunds for any tickets purchased. Should the event be canceled for any reason, L.E.A.D. will post on their social media accounts if they may be reused another day.
Rides
Are there height requirements for the rides?
Yes - every ride has a height requirement for solo riders and for riders with an adult.
Children must be at least 36 inches tall to ride most rides. Some rides still require an adult to accompany them. If an adult is accompanying a child on a ride, the parent must also pay for a ticket.
Children can be 32 inches tall and ride with an adult on a limited number of rides.

How can I become a vendor at an event?
We are now accepting applications for craft, business, and food vendors at our L.E.A.D. FEST State Fair. All vendor forms can be found under the tab, Get Involved.
