We are excited to announce that we are hosting a Benefit Concert in Naples, Florida, one night only on February 26, 2026!

The L.E.A.D. FEST brand would be nowhere without the help of our sponsors. We are grateful for all the help from our family of sponsors through the years. Becoming a sponsor helps bring our community together!

The Concert -- featuring Liverpool Legends, the Complete Beatles Experience, and opening act Sunstone -- will be held on Thursday, February 26th at the Cambier Park Bandshell, Naples.

L.E.A.D Fest Benefit Concert Vendor Application

Vendor Fees: Vendors will pay a $500 upfront guarantee for their space. L.E.A.D. FEST will receive 20% of the Food Vendor's sales. Should the percentage of sales go over $500, we would deduct the guarantee from the final number.

Utility Rates: A $150.00 non-refundable utility fee will be charged to all food concessionaires.

Security Deposit: Each application requires a $100 refundable security deposit check that will be returned to you if there is no damage to your area.

Please include a sketch of the proposed layout.

Food vendors will be given unlimited space, within reason, and are responsible for paying for their own health and fire permits. Space within the grounds, however, is limited – we will accept location requests but cannot guarantee you will receive that space.

Business and Craft vendors will receive a 10’ x 10’ area to display their products or services in.

Payment

All applications must include this form, payment in full, the non-refundable $150 Utility Fee, and a refundable $100 Security Deposit that will be returned to each vendor following the event if there is no damage to your area.

All participants must read the below Hold Harmless Agreement to submit their application. By checking the box, you are agreeing to these terms.

NOTES:

1. No space is considered reserved until receipt of the signed contract and payment. All applications and fees must be received by Friday, February 21st to secure a spot.

2. Set up will take place on Friday, February 28 from 12:00 – 5:00 PM. Please plan to be fully set up by 5:00 PM to ensure everyone is prepared for opening.

3. Vendor check-in will take place at the L.E.A.D. trailer.

4. All businesses are recommended to arrive on site 30 minutes – 1 hour before opening each day to guarantee a parking spot and have everything set by the time gates open.

5. Each business is required to be present on their days of service unless the Benefit Concert chooses to close due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If there are any emergencies or delays, please contact L.E.A.D. to let them know. Should you leave before the end of your agreed-upon service time without approval from L.E.A.D., you will be charged an early departure fee of $250. Please be prepared to give L.E.A.D. a credit card to hold on file at Vendor check-in.


Applications must include the following:
- This form, completed in its entirety
- Full payment of $500
- $100 Refundable Security Deposit
- $150 Non-refundable Utility Fee
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance addressed to L.E.A.D. Inc.
