We are beyond excited to announce that our State Fair will once again be taking place this summer at Mercer County Park. Last year, we were lucky enough to have Governor Murphy lift the Covid19 restrictions just in time for the Fair to return and saw our biggest year ever. With the expansion of the fair from 5 days to 11 days, the L.E.A.D. FEST State Fair saw over 50,000 attendees (even in inclement weather!) and we hope to hit a new milestone in 2022.

This upcoming year, one of our main focuses is on getting more local businesses and vendors involved while giving the fairgoers more entertainment opportunities. After seeing the huge increase in attendance, we would love to be able to share the wealth and give back to our community’s economy this time around. We hope that you and your organization will join us!

The Fair will be running from Friday, June 24 through Monday, July 4, 2022 at the Mercer County Park Festival Grounds:
1638 Old Trenton Road in West Windsor, NJ 08550.

L.E.A.D. will have a Business and Craft Vendor tent that runs on the following weekends:
Friday June 24 – Sunday June 26
Friday July 1 – Monday July 4

Craft Vendors will have the option of setting up on either weekend for $250 weekend one, $350 weekend two, or both weekends for $500. If you wish to participate all 11 days of the fair, you may for $500. Please note that these fees are non-refundable.


Craft Exhibitor Guidelines:
  • Set up for weekend one will take place on Thursday, June 23 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM. Set up for weekend two will take place on Friday, July 1 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM. Please plan to be fully set up by these times to ensure everyone is prepared for opening.
  • Breakdown begins at the close of the fair, 11:00 PM, on the evening of Sunday, June 26 for weekend one and Monday, July 4 for weekend two.
  • Vendors must be present for all dates that they sign up for. Any vendor that leaves early will be charged a $250 fee. Exhibitors must always have a person at their booth.
  • Standard display area is 10’ x 10’. Any additional space is $500 per 10’. Participants must provide their own tables and chairs and will be set up underneath a communal tent.
  • Space on the grounds is limited – we will accept location requests but cannot guarantee you will receive that space.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their display areas. Exhibitors must dispose of their garbage each day.
  • Electricity is not provided for vendors. If use of electricity is required, there will be a $75 fee.
  • During the event, vehicle traffic will be restricted between the hours of 4:30 – 11:30 PM during the week and 12:30 – 11:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Vendors must complete their daily set up and remove any vehicles from the field prior to these times each day.
  • Products offered for sale must be appropriate for an audience of all ages. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse the sale and/or display of any items deemed inappropriate.
  • Each application requires a 50% non-refundable deposit as their application fee and a $100 refundable security deposit check that will be returned to you if there is no damage to your area.
  • Sales must be contained within the leased space. Spaces may not be transferred or subleased.
  • Exhibitors must comply with NJ Sales Tax Laws. Exhibitors must have a valid New Jersey Sales Tax card available for display. It is the responsibility of exhibitors to comply with all sales tax regulations for the charge, collection, and remittance of sales tax to the NJ Division of Taxation. To obtain a New Jersey Sales Tax card, call the State of New Jersey at (609) 588-2200.
  • All vendors must provide insurance or purchase their own through our account. Certificates of Insurance must be addressed to the following entities:

Which Weekend Would You Like To Set Up?




Please list the types of products and/or services to be exhibited or sold. Be specific – generalizations such as t-shirts, clothing, novelties, toys, jewelry, import, etc. are not acceptable. Space assignments will reference this list. Once a contract is issued, you may not display or sell additional products or services without the approval of L.E.A.D.

Please list staff members that will be working at the Fair below. Please include name and cell phone number. If you are unsure who will be attending at this point, please put TBD and let L.E.A.D. know who will be present by June 20th, 2022.

Each vendor will receive a 10’ x 10’ area to display their products or services in. The area will be positioned underneath of a large tent provided by L.E.A.D. Any additional space is $500 per 10’.
Vendors may set up outside of the tent, only if approved by L.E.A.D. in advance. Should the vendor set up outside of the tent, they must provide their own tent or rent one from L.E.A.D. Power is not included and would need to be requested and approved in advance.

Payment

All applications must include this form, a non-refundable application fee (50% deposit of full amount), and a refundable $100 Security Deposit that will be returned to each vendor following the event if there is no damage to your area. Applicants may pay the amount in full if they choose to do so - please scroll to the second section titled Full Payment Option.

NOTES:

1. No space is considered reserved until receipt of the signed contract and deposit. The remaining balance payment will be due by Monday, June 13, 2022. Any application submissions on or after June 13 will need to submit the payment in full with their application. No set up will be permitted unless full payment is received.

2. Set-up will take place on Thursday, June 23 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM for weekend one and on Friday, July 1 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM for weekend two. Please plan to be set up by these times to ensure that everyone is prepared for opening.

3. Vendor check in will take place at the L.E.A.D. trailer during the hours listed above. Each vendor will receive 5 VIP entry passes with the names of each staff member listed. Additional entry passes will be $25.

4. All vendors are recommended to arrive on site 30 minutes – 1 hour before opening each day to guarantee a parking spot and have everything set by the time gates open.

5. Each vendor is required to be present daily unless the State Fair chooses to close due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If there are any emergencies or delays, please contact L.E.A.D. to let them know. Should you leave before the end of the weekend without approval from L.E.A.D., you will be charged $250. Please be prepared to give L.E.A.D. a credit card to hold on file at Vendor check-in.
